The Arizona Taxpayer & Citizen Protection Act, PAN-200

"PAN" stands for "Protect Arizona NOW" or "Proposition 200".

PAN-200 is titled, "The Arizona Taxpayer & Citizen Protection Act", I-03-2004.

It is a citizen's ballot initiative requiring "proof of citizenship to register to vote, photo ID to vote, and proof of eligibility for non-federally mandated public benefits".

On November 2, 2004, Arizona voted to support the initiative, 55.6% yes to 44.4% no.
