Illegal Alien "Sanctuary" Policies (oppose immigration law enforcement)

In Minnesota, Minneapolis became an illegal alien sanctuary city in 2003 and St. Paul in 2004. The Minneapolis suburb of Richfield is now (2005)  proposing to also become a sanctuary city.
